Preseria Mobile App

The Preseria Mobile App is a tool for AV technicians and event admins to assist presenters during live events. It is especially useful in Speaker Ready Rooms (SRRs), where fast and secure presenter logins are essential.

Key Features

• Quick Speaker Lookup & Schedule Access
  Instantly search for any speaker and view their presentation schedule.

• Fast, Secure Login on SRR Computers
  Instead of typing in an email and password, admins can use the mobile app to log a presenter into their Preseria account on an SRR computer. This is done by either:

  • Scanning a QR code displayed in the browser at https://eventname.preseria.com/loginqr (note the "qr" at the end of "login"), or
  • Entering a PIN code shown alongside the QR code.

• Streamlined File Management for Presenters
  Once logged in (via the browser on the SRR machine), presenters can:

  • Review existing uploaded files
  • Download and open presentations
  • Upload updated versions

• Bypass Upload Restrictions When Assisting Presenters
  When admins log in a presenter locked presentations (because of a passed presentation upload deadline) will be ignored. This ensures presenters can only make changes with admin assistance, helping enforce control policies.
