Register User Account¶
The conference organizer will send out email invitations to presenters via Preseria. Once Preseria is triggered to send by an organizer, the presenters should receive their email invitations within minutes.
The email will contain a button at the top that says "Login / Register". Clicking that link will open a web page asking you to create a password for your presenter account, unless your email already is registered, in which you will be redirected to the Login page.
At the registration page, enter your first name, last name (unless already filled out) and finally pick a strong password. Your account's username is always the email address that received the invitation from the organizer.
Once registered, you will be able to log back in later using the same button in the invitation email (the one that says "Register/Login").
Tip
If you are going to share your presentation slot with a colleague (i.e. you will both be presenting during the same time slot), and you want your colleague to also have upload access to the presentation, you should contact the organizers and ask them to add your colleage's email to the "Additional presenters" list for that presentation
